When i think back to my first lectures my heart rate still starts raising. I was at least as nervous as at the start of the Race Across America. Today i enjoy speaking in front of the audience. Insecurity and nervousness have developed to a positive strain. In more than 500 lectures i trained a lot and gained also a lot experience.  I learned the theory and technique of elocution at Matthis Pöhm one of the best elocution coaches in the german speaking area. Everyone can improve his elocution. You have to set the goal to improve your speaking in front of the audience and train for it. If you get more security you will have more and more fun with it.
